The lower back pain continues into Friday although once I took some Tylenol after therapy, for which I stood, I’ve been able to sit comfortably including to go out to read over coffee, and after the baseball game I’m going to try something we thought of in therapy to try to reset my lack of interest in dinner lately by getting a pizza and seeing if once that’s gone my brain has reset about that particular meal.
