It’s another Wednesday which means it’s time for breakfast out but lately when I go my regular seating is taken and since those two options are the only seating in the place where I don’t feel anxious, heading to this weekly breakfast now comes with anxiety in advance, which isn’t especially awesome but is necessary because I need to catastrophize in order to prepare.
