or at-least current as of the last time this was updated.
I went to bed talking myself out of 7 hrs of sleep so I could get a head start on a full day. I should have known better, I need at least 7 hrs to be in a good frame of mind. This morning I tried to talk myself out of my usual walk and writing routine...so I could get a head start on a full day...those two things are how I start my day. What was I thinking? 😂
